How exciting!?!? We found out just this morning that we are being blessed with a little girl! I am just so excited. The look of complete and utter shock on my husband's face was well worth finding out what we were having though. He was so sure that it was going to be a boy that he had his mind set that it was a boy. Now he just keeps saying "I don't know if I'm ready for a girl." Oh my it was funny! Seth was sitting there watching too and he was enamored with the technician and what she was doing to me. He definately got ansty at the end though and it was a good thing it was almost over.
This little girl is one fiesty child though! She wouldn't hold still for anything. Anytime we would actually get a clear picture she would immediately move. But that's ok. I got to see her lovely face for a few seconds and I couldn't ask for more! I have already gone and bought a couple of dresses and several girlie onsies. I have to confess, girl clothes are not as easy for me to buy as boy clothes. I just want them to be perfect and I really don't want all kinds of pink. Some is fine but there are so many other fun colors out there that I just can't limit her to just one color! I did find some things that I really enjoyed and that my husband accepted! Anyways, it was a super fun day and we sure can't wait to meet her!

Sounds like our 20 week ultrasound with Em. We both were SURE it was a boy. We had already bought boy clothes. When they said girl I kept asking if she was sure. Mike was instantly nervous... I think he was having flashes of dates, crazy clothing and paying for a wedding, LOL!!!
